Set within a magnificent 19th-century private mansion, Hôtel Alfred Sommier embodies the French art de vivre in perfect harmony with the spirit of Résidence Eisenhower. To offer its guests exceptional culinary experiences, the team at Résidence Eisenhower partners with M Réceptions, the catering service led by Chef Philippe Mille.By choosing his cuisine, the Résidence has joined forces with a chef whose career is deeply rooted in Champagne, having previously led the acclaimed gourmet restaurant at the Les Crayères estate.
Today, Philippe Mille welcomes guests to his own restaurant, Arbane—named after one of Champagne’s rare grape varieties—in the heart of Reims. Awarded two Michelin stars in 2026, Arbane reflects the chef’s distinctive culinary vision and commitment to excellence.Guests at Résidence Eisenhower have enjoyed Chef Philippe Mille’s signature cuisine at his pop-up restaurant created to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Liberation in July 2025, at the Easter Brunch in 2026, and during bespoke dinners and cocktail receptions held throughout the year.A partnership defined by the refined harmony of gastronomy, Champagne and elegant surroundings.
